Not a game that will get top billing on MOTD. Sporting started well and took the lead when Will's speculative effort from distance evaded the Stowupland keeper. Stowupland worked their way back into the game and took a 2-1 half-time lead with a long-range effort (a cross?) and a neat cross and finish.
A disappointing second-half with the ball mostly in the air and only a few half-chances for both teams. Stowupland defended well and deserved their victory that takes them up to second in the league.
Jack Edwards came on from the bench to make his 200th first-team appearance.
